These Steel Dome Rivets are open end blind rivets designed for metalworking and automotive applications. Made of stainless steel, they feature a dome head and a mandrel for secure fastening. Each rivet measures 5/32" x 1/4" with a head diameter of .328" and a head height of .05". With a shear strength of 650 lb min, these rivets come in a package of 50, suitable for a variety of projects within the specified grip range of .188" to .250".
Open end blind rivets are tubular rivets with a mandrel through the center. The entire rivet assembly is inserted into a hole drilled through the parts to be joined, and a specially designed tool is used to draw the mandrel into the rivet.
