The assembly also fits GEN 4 models with the installation of a GEN 4 guide rod adapter ring, sold separately. The recoil spring weight usage ranges from 11-13 lbs for competition shooting or using a recoil compensator on the barrel to 14-16 lbs for reduced power ammunition loads.
