The Huntington Railroad Stock Certificate is a piece of scripophily from the late 19th century, featuring the signature of Collis Potter Huntington, a prominent railroad magnate and capitalist. Started life as a peddler. The Central Pacific was completed to a junction with the Union Pacific in 1869. In 1890 he displaced Stanford as President of the Southern Pacific. He developed the Chesapeake & Ohio.
