The FlowGuard Sprinkler Shut Off Kit offers a convenient solution for preventing specific sprinkler heads from watering without the need to dig up the system.
By replacing the existing nozzle with the shutoff nozzle #916400SP, users can effectively cap off Hunter PS Ultra or Pro-Spray sprinklers at the nozzle.
Compatible with various spray bodies utilizing female-threaded nozzles, this kit is not suitable for rotors or spray bodies requiring male-threaded nozzles.
Please note that the kit includes the shutoff nozzle cap only and does not come with a nozzle filter-screen.

Instead of digging up the sprinkler head and capping it off at the PVC in the ground, you can cap off your Hunter PS Ultra or Pro-Spray sprinkler at the nozzle by using the shutoff nozzle #916400SP.
Install this shutoff nozzle in place of your existing nozzle to prevent that head from watering. While the riser will still pop-up when the sprinkler's zone is active, water will not flow out of the head.
This can be used on all Hunter PS Ultra or Pro-Spray sprinkler bodies, as well as any other manufacturer's spray body that uses a female-threaded nozzle (such as Rain Bird 1800 Series spray heads).
Will not work on any spray body requiring a male-threaded nozzle or on any type of rotor head (such as the Hunter PGP Rotor).
