These Dome Rivets are a type of open end blind rivet designed for use in metalworking and automotive applications.
Each rivet is made of aluminum with a steel mandrel through the center, and comes in a pack of 100. The rivets are inserted into a pre-drilled hole and then the mandrel is drawn into the rivet using a specialized tool, expanding the blind end of the rivet and snapping off the mandrel.
These rivets have a dome head and a grip range of .626" - .750", and meet SAE J-1200 specifications with a minimum shear strength of 260 lbs.
