Cosmic Navigator
1872 Astronomy Maps x 2 Equatorial Zone 50° Declination & Constellations Chart
The "Cosmic Navigator" is a set of two authentic antique star charts that are approximately 147 years old.
These charts were originally published in the Atlas zu John Muller's Lehrbuch der Kosmischen Physik World in 1872. Each chart is blank on the reverse side and comes with a copy of the title page.
They are in good condition for their age, with five vertical folds as issued. The panoramic view and accompanying map showcase the stars and constellations of the equatorial sky, covering 50 degrees declination north and south of the Equator.
This set of antique celestial maps is a valuable addition for collectors or enthusiasts interested in the history of celestial cartography.
