This American Brilliant Period ice bucket is a true estate treasure, part of a larger collection of over 90 pieces of cut and etched glass.
The hobstar and diamond motif cut glass design is a stunning example of the craftsmanship of the period. Measuring 7" by 6 5/8" by 5 1/2" tall, it features tab handles with a single minor flaw on the inside of one handle.
Under magnification, a slight indentation on one handle was observed, though its origin is unclear. Despite these minor imperfections, this ice bucket is a beautiful and sophisticated addition to any collection.

SINGLE TINY "FLEA BITE" TO RIGHT SIDE (INSIDE) OF ONE TAB HANDLE, TOO SMALL TO SHOW UP IN A PHOTOGRAPH. UNDER MAGNIFICATION, i SAW SOMETHING i HAVEN'T SEEN BEFORE.
IT'S A SLIGHT INDENTION AT THE TOP OF ONE OF THE TAB HANDLES AND SORT OF SLANTS JUST BARELY DOWNWARD.AND WAS SMOOTH. SO, I DON'T KNOW IF THE CUT JUST SORT OF VEERED OFF THE TOP OF THE TAB HANDLE.
OR JUST WHAT. BUT IT'S VERY SMALL.
