This Antiquities Collection Set - Ancient Roman Nail and Widow's Mite COA #IPC 5664 is a two-piece set that includes a 1st Century BC Poor Widow's Mite and a Roman Nail produced within 54 years of the crucifixion of Christ in 33 AD.
The Roman nails were part of a fortress in Northern Scotland discovered in 1960 and were buried by the Romans after dismantling the fortress in 87 AD to prevent their enemies from making swords from them.
