This Converter module #4804 is designed to power lighted animated signs by Miller Engineering, accepting input voltages ranging from 5 to 17 volts, AC or DC. With the ability to run up to 6 signs off a power pack, this module eliminates the need for battery replacements. It is important to note that the module requires a minimum input voltage of 5 volts and is compatible with 18-24 gauge wire for extending connections. Additionally, it is not recommended to use both the 4.5 volt wall adapters and the 4804 converter modules simultaneously, as they are not compatible.
The converter will not work with an input of less than 5 volts. This one module will run up to 6 signs. You won't have to worry about replacing the batteries if you use this module. If you need to extend the wires from the signs to the module, use 18-24 gage wire.
